Customs Procedures
We use the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method for our shipments. This means we take care of all transportation and import duties until the goods are delivered to you.

Shipping Duration
We understand the importance of receiving your purchases as soon as possible, and that is why we ship items in stock the same day.
We use DHL Express Worldwide for fast and reliable delivery, ensuring that you receive your items in a timely manner.
Depending on your location, DHL Express Worldwide shipping method will deliver within 3 to 6 business days.

Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for a Return
At edelkrone, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Procedure
To start a return, send us an email at support@edelkrone.com. Our friendly team will guide you through the process step-by-step. Once we receive and inspect the item, you can expect to receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. We kindly ask you to note that, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping fee under any circumstances.
Please keep in mind that we may charge for any cosmetic defects for any returned item, we may also charge for any missing parts including missing documentation (like users manual etc) and refund the rest of the money paid after claiming the cosmetic damage. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it's important for us to maintain the quality of our products.
If the cosmetic defect was caused during shipment or by our own manufacturing mistake, please report it to us within 3 days of receiving the item. If you let us know within this timeframe, we'll take responsibility for the defect and won't charge you for any cosmetic damages when you return the product.

Damages, Losses, Insurance, Warranty & Repairs
Damaged Packaging/Product on Delivery
If your shipment is delivered by the courier and is found to be damaged, you must report the damage to the courier and create a report. Additionally, you must provide us with pictures of the damage on the package and/or product within 3 business days. If your damaged shipment is not delivered in person, but left at your doorstep (which is a common delivery culture in the US), you must provide us with pictures of the damage on the package and/or product within 3 business days as well. It's important to take these steps promptly to ensure that we can assist you with the situation as efficiently as possible.

edelkrone Lifetime Insurance
edelkrone offers a comprehensive and free coverage policy for all their products, with no expiration date. The policy covers either free replacement parts or a new product in the case of damage, with a coverage cap of 50% of the product's value.
edelkrone may require the customer to cover the shipping costs and reserves the right to offer replacement parts instead of full product renewal. The Lifetime Insurance covers parts that the standard warranty does not cover, such as belts, thumbscrews, rubber feet, wheel rubbers, mounting ports, and mounting screws.
Editing Your Order
Adding an item to an already completed order
If your order has not yet shipped, we would be more than happy to help you add a product to your order and ship it together!

Changing the shipping address of an order
If your order has not yet shipped, you may still be able to change the shipping address.
Please reach out to our Customer Service team by sending us a message, and we would be happy to assist you!
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped, please send us a message at support@edelkrone.com with a request to cancel your order. In your request, please provide your first and last name and your order number. A CRM Specialist will reach out to you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.
